Stress Reduction Centre

The good news is that chronic stress is not inevitable and once identified, strategies can be found and adopted to reduce stress to a manageable level.

The Stress Reduction Centre offers templates to help you monitor, record and gain an overview of the stressors in your life. It offers advice on prioritising your main stress sources and suggests stress management strategies which may be appropriate to your concerns.
